Ingredients
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Chile sauce
2 tablespoons Rum
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove Garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ground dry mustard
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat, mix the brown sugar, chile sauce, rum, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dry mustard, and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, and refrigerate until ready to use
