1/3 cup Crunchy nutlike cereal nuggets
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Plus 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp Lightly salted butter or margarine at room temperature
1 9-oz Carton unsweetened frozen blueberries
1 tsp Fresh-grated lemon zest
Preparation
Heat oven to 450F (or use a toaster oven). Mix cereal, cinnamon and 1 Tbsp of sugar in small bowl. Mix in butter until mixture can be compressed into a ball. Spread blueberries in an 8-inch pie plate or in 4 small custard cups; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp of sugar, lemon zest, and then add the cereal mixture. Bake 20 minutes.
