Ingredients

1 2lb. Package of imitation crab meat
2 Tomatoes
1 Medium white onion
1bunch Cilantro
1 can V8/clamato tomatoe juice
2 Or 3 cucumbers
2 Or 3 avacados
6 Or 7 limes
* tostadas or saltine crakers
* tapatio hot sauce

Preparation

First shread the crab meat in large bow.

Then dice tomatoes, onion, cucumbers and avacados. ( Dice according to preference ) Then shread your cilantro. Add in all ingredients. Slice your limes and squeeze into ingredients. Finally, you add in about 3/4 of your can of tomatoe juice. Enjoy.

Cook's Notes

Make sure you mix ingredients gently so that you don't smash avacados and tomatoes. The lime juice will rise as the ingredients rest in bowl. Tomatoe juice is optional. Tapatio sauce can be added for spice on individual servings.
