Preparation
Combine ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to a slow boil stirring constantly.
Cook to 246 degrees F
or cook until @1/2 tsp. ball of mixture dropped into a glass of cold tap water forms a slightly firm ball that can be picked up within @ 4-5 seconds
do not scrap the sides while stirring
pour into a buttered pan
cut into squares just as soon as a plastic spatula can make a line by being sawed back and forth with out sticking
the seperated the pieces can then be placed on sheets of wax paper and put into the refrigerator for cooling
