Ingredients
1 lb. Steak, sliced thinly (beef or game)
1 tbl Oil
2 tbl Chopped onion
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
2 cups Brown minute rice
3 cups Frozen broccoli florets
1 Bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
Sprinkle steaks with garlic powder.
Heat oil and add onion and steak. Cook until steak is medium.
Add water and teriyaki sauce and bring to a boil.
Add rice and vegetables and return to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and cover.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand an additional 5 minutes.
