Great 'old country' style caesar salad

Ingredients

Lemon Juice
Olive oil in equal amount
Egg yolk
Minced garlic
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
6 Shakes worcestershire
Good squeeze anchovy paste
Salt and pepper
1 Tbspn parmesan
Romaine lettuce leaves
Bacon, crisp and crumbled

Preparation

Prepare bacon, and crumble.

Prepare croutons, by frying in bacon fat or grilled with butter, olive oil and sea salt.

Mix, then add small torn pieces of Romaine.

Then add more parmesan and bacon bits (or fried ham) and croutons.
