Ingredients

6 cups Veg or chicken stock
1 Large butternut squash - cut in pieces, baked 1 hour, then scooped out
1 Onion carmelized
1/2 Yam or carrots
1 cup Yellow lentils
2 tb Sugar or condensed milik
2 tb Salt
2 tb Curried powder
2 tb Cumin
2 Bay leaves
3 tb Butter

Preparation

Cut squash into pieces, then bake for 1 hour and scoop into crock pot.

Carmelize onions then add to crock pot.

Add all other ingredients.

Cook all day.

Put in blender before serving.
