3 protein, 2 dairy
8 Egg whites
3 oz Chicken breast
3 oz Fat-free Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Fresh basil
1 - Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
2 - Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan. Cook, stirring, until halfway set. Add the cooked and diced chicken and cook through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Chicken must be cooked previously.
