Ingredients
2 Hass Avacados, ripe
4 t Fresh lemon juice
1/2 Raw honey
8 Apples, any variety
1/2 cup Raw rolled oats
1/2 Raisins
1/2 Raw pistachios, germinated
Cream:
1 cup Macadamia nuts, see notes
1/2 cup Fresh young coconut water
5 Pitted dates
1 t Organic, cold pressed coconut butter
Preparation
Pistachios, soak for 6 hours
Macadamia nuts, soaked for 8-10 hours and dehydrated at 115 degrees F for 12 hours
Dates, soaked to 2 hours and drained
Peel and pit avacados, place in blender with lemon juice and honey.
Core and peel apples, grate to medium or fine texture, transfer to blender.
Add rolled oats and raisins and blend until creamy, adding the pistachios toward the end to lightly chop them.
Spoon into bowl and fold in cream if desired.
Cream:
Combine all ingredients in blender and whir until smooth and creamy - chill for atleast 1 hour.
