Feta Walnut Salad

Fast, Super Tasty Salad

Ingredients

1 - 2 bags Herb salad lettuce, or one head red leaf lettuce

1/2 cup Craisins

1/2 cup Feta cheese

1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

1 tsp Dried dill or 3 tblsp chopped fresh dill

1/2 Lemon squeezed

1 cup Cooked chicken breast (optional)

Drizzle olive oil

Preparation

put the lettuce in large salad bowl

add dill, feta and craisins

squeeze in lemon juice

let sit for 5 minutes

add walnut (toast them if you like)

add chicken (optional)

toss well and serve
