Tortilla = 6 POINTS

Ingredients

7 " whole wheat tortilla

60 ml (1/4 cup) each black beans and shredded low fat cheddar cheese

60 ml (1/4 cup) ff salsa

Shredded lettuce

Diced tomatoe

Preparation

Top 7" tortilla with black beans and shredded low fat cheddar cheese, and salsa. Roll up and microwave for 30 - 40 seconds. Serve with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoe. POINTS = 4.3 (Add 30 grams (1 oz) baked tortilla chips with 125 ml (1/2 cup) ff salsa for additional Points = 2)
