Ingredients
1 Apple, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal
1 tbs Raisins
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Pure vanilla extract
1 Packet (1 gram) stevia or other sugar alternative
Preparation
Step 1: In a microwaveable bowl, combine the apple, water, and cereal. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Add the raisins, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and stevia. Mix well.

Ripped tip: Add a basic whey shake such as the 90% Shake recipe to help increase the protein content of this meal.
