3 Minute Brand Quick Grits
Preparation
Bring water and salt to a rolling boil.
Slowly stir in grits, reduce to medium heat.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, cover, let stand until thickened, stir.
Or for one serving, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup grits, dash salt. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes until thickened and stir.
