Ingredients

1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cups Corn syrup
1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Raisins
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs

Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, raisins, and vanilla. Beat eggs slightly and add to raisin mixture. Mix well. Spoon mixtue into pastry-lined cups filling each about 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Yeilds:
