This is a very lightly sweet banana bread.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 3/4 cups Ripe banana
3 tablespoon Butter oil blend 50/50
4 Eggs
6 tablespoons Apple juice concentrate
3 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1/3 cup Chopped walnuts
1/3 cup Raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix the dry ingredients

Mash the bananas

Mix the wet ingredients

Add wet ingredients to the bananas

Pour liquid into the dry ingredients

Add walnuts and raisins

Cook for 50 minutes, or until toothpick is clean

Cook's Notes

This was originally egg free, using only apple juice for sweetner. I made it a little sweeter, but it still is very lightly sweet.
