Ingredients
1 c Mayonnaise
1 can Artichoke Hearts (13 3/4 oz)
1 Small can green chilies
1 Small can chopped jalapenos, remove veins and seeds
1 Heaping cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c Grated parmesean cheese
Preparation
Cut up the artichoke heats to the desired size, mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a greased baking dish. If doubling, use a 9 x 13 pan.
serve with crakers or bread.
