Easy to make protein shake for a quick breakfast or snack.
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1- 1 1/2 cups Pure water or skim milk
1/2 cup Frozen or fresh blackberries
1/4 cup Raw oats (raw oatmeal)
Add ice for extra thickness
Blend.
