Easy to make protein shake for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 1/2 cups Pure water or skim milk

1/4 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries

1/4 cup Frozen or fresh blueberries

1/4 cup Frozen or fresh raspberries

1 tbsp Omega3 Oil (flaxseed, olive)

Add ice for extra thickness

Preparation

Blend.
