Ingredients

3/4 cup Low-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup Pasteurized instant non-fat dry milk
1 Large frozen banana
1 tbs Peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
A drop of pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
