Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans Black beans, drained

1 Tomato, peeled seeded and diced

4 Green onion bulbs, sliced

Tobasco to taste

4 t Chopped cilantro

2 Garlic cloves, minced

4 t Balsamic vinegar

5 t Olive oil

1/2 Avocado, peeled, seeded and diced

Salt to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients, except avocado and salt, let stand 30 minutes, refrigerate. Before serving add avocado and salt.
