Ingredients
2 cups Mozzarella
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 Crushed & chopped garlic cloves
14 oz. Can of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
12 oz Cream cheese
5 oz Chopped frozen spinach
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1 1/2 C mozzarella, sour cream, 2 T Parmesan, and the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl and blend together with large spoon. Scoop into a 1 1/2 Qt baking dish, cover with the remaining 1/2 C mozzarella and 2 T Parmesan. Bake for 30 mins and enjoy.
I slice a fresh Italian baguette loaf and serve.
