Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

3 cups Elbow macaroni

1/4 cup Flour

1 tsp Salt

2 1/2 cups Extra sharp cheddar

1/4 cup Butter

2 1/2 cups Milk

Preparation

Cook marcaroni until tender, drain

In a 3qt. saucepan melt butter, add flur and cook 1 - 2 minutes

add milk, whisking vigorously. Add Salt

Layer half of the cooked macaroni in a 2qt. casserole dish

-add half of white sauce, top with 2 cups cheddar

- add final layer of n oodles and sauce, finish with cheddar

Bake 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes
