1 bunch Raw broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup (5 strips) cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup Dry roasted cashews
1/3 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Fresh red onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Place the salad ingredients into a large bowl and gently toss till mixed.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth; chill.
