Ingredients
1-1/2 lb Diced chicken
1 bag Seasoned stir fry vegetables
2 Or 3 pkgs Chicken flavored top ramin
Preparation
Brown chicken with 2 tbls olive oil
Add stir fry vegies and heat through until vegetables are tender
While chicken and vegies are cooking make all packages of Ramin Noodles as directed on package
Drain noodles; place in serving dish and add chicken/vegie mixture over top
Serve while hot
