Mouth watering, simple chicken and rice dinner.

Ingredients

4 lbs Chicken wings (can substitue cut, adjust cooking time)

1 1/2 cups White vinegar

10 ounces Soy sauce

6 tbsp Sugar

4 tbsp Garlic powder

White rice

Preparation

Preheat to 350.

Cover & boil all ingredients except rice for about 5 minutes. Place chicken in a casserole and ladle sauce over the top. Bake 15 minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Serve over white rice, makes excellent leftovers.
