Preparation
in 1 cup of water add yeast, salt and sugar. Heat in microwave for 1 min. stir well and add in 1 cup of warm water. in a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of olive oil to flour.Knead into dough with the warm water mixture. Let it sit covered with a moist cloth for 20 min. The flour should start rising by now. If not keep it in a warm place. Make 6 dough balls and roll flat with a rolling pin.
Keep it about an inch thick.
Heat the frying oil in a heavy bottom pan. fry the flat bread until light brown. Turn only once and take out.
Viola! Enjoy with Chana Masala...
