Ingredients

1 Whole wheat tortilla

1 whole egg

2 Egg whites

1 Lettuce leaf

1 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Salsa

Optional:

1 Sliced piece of turkey bacon

1 Sliced turkey sausage

2 tbsp Refried beans

Preparation

Lay scrambled eggs and cheese in tortilla. Top with lettuce and salsa. Add other ingredients as desired.
