Ingredients
1 lb. Pork sausage, cooked & drained
1-16 oz. Pkg. of coleslaw
1 pkg. Egg roll wrappers
Teriyaki Sauce
Preparation
"Steam" cook cabbage mixture in a wok with a little water for 3-4 minutes. Stir in sausage & some teriyaki sauce, to taste. Put 1 T. of mixture in center of egg roll wrapper and wrap according to package directions. Heat oil to 375. Fry egg roll in hot oil until golden, 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Keep warm in oven.
Cook's Notes
Also try substituting 2 boneless chicken breasts for sausage. Serve with rice.
