Easy to make "good for you" Breakfast
2 cups Cold coffee
5 Ice cubes
1 tbsp Ground Flax (optional)
1 tsp Favored Cream (optional)
1 tbsp Carmel topping or Chocolate or both! (Optional)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protien Powder
1 Serving your choice fiber powder supplement
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend untill smooth.
Enjoy.
This is so easy. My husband love this with more sweeter stuff then I do so every moring I make his with the flavored Cream and Carmel and He loves it. I make mine with the flax seeds and no Cream and Carmel!! We love it!
