Ingredients

4 X Eggs
Oil spray
3/4 cup Cream
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Grated cheese
3/4 cup Chopped bacon
1 X chopped onion or garlic
1 Ready rolled sheet of shortcrust pastry
Salt, peper and mixed herbs
*add any other ingredients to taste such as mushroom, tomato, zucchini or spinach etc...

Preparation

Spray oil into empty quiche dish. Place pastry in dish and pat down. Cut off any excess pastry. Put in pre-heated oven at about 180 degrees for about 5 minutes until brown.

Remove quiche dish from oven to cool.

Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Add cream, milk, bacon, onion and any other ingredients.Mix gently to retain air.

Pour into the quiche dish and sprinkle cheese over top of mixture. Sprinkle salt, pepper and mixed herbs over top.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

No mention here that this is 180 degrees Celsius. That's kind of important.
