Ingredients
1 lb. Low fat pork sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
1-8 oz. Tube refrigerated low-fat cresenct rolls
6 Eggs
1/8 t. Pepper
1/4 t. Salt
3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
1. Unroll crescent rolls into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Press dough 1/2 inches up sides.
2. Sprinkle with cooked sausage. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 400. Bake uncovered for 15-20 min. or until crust is golden brown and center is set.
