Ingredients

Dressing

1/4 cup Vegetable oil

1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Soy sauce, low sodium

1 tablespoon Sesame oil

1/8 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Vegetable stock

Salad

1 2/3 pounds Romaine lettuce

7/8 pound Red cabbage, shredded

1 1/3 bunches Green onion, chopped

4-6 ounces Chicken breasts, grilled and

Sliced

1/3 bag 12 ounce chow mein noodles

1/2 cup Toasted almonds

Preparation

Whisk together and serve. Makes 1 . cups

Combine lettuce, cabbage, onion, noodles, and dressing. Top with grilled chicken and toasted almonds
