1. Remove casing from the 1 lb of sausage. Crumble and brown in skillet over medium heat
2. In a large pot, combine browned sausage, diced tomateos, corn, chicken broth, water, seasoning, spinach, carrots, Benefiber, garlic, onions, salt, and pepper. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil.
3. Add ravioli/tortellini to the pot and boil for 3 minutes, then decrease heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
