Great for an appetizer, or makes a great quick dinner when served with a green salad.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 (10 pack) can Buttermilk biscuits
2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef, and drain. Add BBQ sauce and brown sugar; mix well. Coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Press each biscuit into a cup, Spoon meat mixture onto biscuits and top with cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

Always a hit whenever I make these. Brown sugar not needed if you use a sweet BBQ sauce.

I also used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. They were WONDERFUL!!

I used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Turned out perfect and was a big hit. My extremely picky 7 year old LOVED them. This NEVER happens.

Sounds good, but how much brown sugar is used? It is not listed as one of the ingredients, but is included in the directions. Thanks!
