Great Grandma's Macaroni Salad

Easy and refreshing!

Ingredients

1 cup Macaroni (before cooking)

1 cup Mayo

1 Green pepper, diced

1 Tomato, chopped OR

1 box Cherry tomatos, halved

1 Chopped onion, (I usually leave this out)

10 cubes Cheese

4 slices Pineapple

Paprika

Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed, strain and cool

Combine other ingredients except paprika in bowl

Add cooled macaroni and mix thoroughly

Use paprika as desired for color on top

Cook's Notes

I know the pineapple may sound like a weird addition, but it makes the salad refreshing and not so heavy with the mayo and cheese!
