Canadian Bacon, Egg and Cheese McMuffin

Ingredients

1 Doiz English Muffins

1 Doz Slices of Cheese

1 Doz Eggs

1 Doz Slices of Canadian Bacon

Preparation

Place 12 jelly jar rings in a skillet. Crack one egg into each ring and cook.

Assembly:

Place one slice canadian bacon, one egg, and one slice cheese on one half of english muffin. Place the other half of english muffin on top.

Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil, freeze.

Reheating:

Remove the foil wrap, leaving the plastic wrap in place heat in microwave for 1 minute.

Enjoy.
