Ingredients

1 Doz Turkey Bacon Slices
1 Doz Eggs
1 Doz English Muffins
1 Doz Slices of Cheese

Preparation

Cook turkey bacon to desired crispness. In another skillet place 1 doz jelly jar rings. Crack one egg into each ring and cook. While these are cooking toast the english muffins to desired color.

Assembly:

Place one slice cheese, 1 slice bacon cut into half, and one egg on one half of the engolish muffin. Place the other half of english muffin on top.

Freezing:

Wrap each sandwich in platic wrap and then in foil. Freeze.

Reheating:

Remove foil wrap. Leaving plastic wrap in place heat in microwave for 1 minute. Remove plastic wrap and enjoy.
