Garlic clove

Zucchini
Lemon juice
cook 1 minced garlic clove in 2 tbl oil. Toss in cooked pasta. break up cooked salmon and add to pasta. add in zucchini & 2 tbl lemon juice.

I really liked this. the kids weren't keen on the courgette(zuccini) as it wasn't cooked, but they ate the rest all up .a success for our family.
