Ingredients

1 lb Lean boneless top sirloin steak cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 tbs All purpose flour
1/2 cup Dry white wine
1 cup Beef broth
1/2 tsp Dired thyme
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Lite sour cream
4 cups Hot cooked egg noodles (cooked withot fat or salt)

Preparation

Coat large skillet with cooking spray and place on med high until hot. Add steak and onions and cook 3 to 5 minutes until steak is browned, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add flour, cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in wine, and simmer 2 minutes. Add broth and next 3 ingredients, simmer, uncovered, 7 to 10 minutes or until reduced by half.

Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Plate with 1 cup of noodles and 1/2 cup of meet mixture)
