Ingredients

12 oz Jumbo past shells (about 20)
3/4 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
3/4 Cp part skim ricotta cheese
3/4 cup Shredded skim mozzarella cheese
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
2 tsp Dried basil
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp Pepper
26 oz Jar of fire-roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
2 tbs Grated Parm cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt & oil. Rinse with cold water and drain. While pasta cooks, combine cheese, spinach, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Fill past shells with mixture. Spread sauce on bottom of 13" x 9" baking dish. Place stuffed shells in a single layer in dish. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parm. Cover and bake at 350 degreeds for 30 minutes. Uncover and back for 5 additional minutes
