1. Combine chicken, vegetables, parsley, broth, seasonings in a 4 quart microwaveable casserole
2. Add enough water to cover chicken
3. Cook on High in microwave for 35 minutes
4. Remove chicken, mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup cold water and add
5. Blend and cook on high for 3 minutes
6. Return chicken and lay uncooked biscuits on top of casserole
7. Cook on high for 3-41/2 minutes more
