Bacon&Egg Burrito

Ingredients

3 Egg whites

2/3 cup Fresh or frozen peppers and onions

1 oz Reduced-fat cheese

1 Whole wheat tortilla

2 slices Turkey bacon salsa

2 tbl Flax seed

Preparation

1. Spray pan with non-stick spray

2. Heat over medium heat

3. Start cooking bacon in heated pan; add peppers&onions

4. Crack 3 whole egg and separate egg whites into a bowl. Whisk and add eggs to vegetables and cook until there is no more runny egg

5. Add cheese and flax seed and cook until melted

6. Serve on heated tortilla
