Almond Wild Rice

Yummy wild rice.

Ingredients

1 cup Pineapple juice

1 cup Chicken broth

1/3 cup Orange juice

1 tablespoon Butter

1 6 oz. Box long grain wild rice w/ seasoning packet

1/4 cup Slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, bring to boil: pineapple juice, chicken broth, orange juice and butter. Stir in rice and seasoning packet. Return to boil. Cover tightly and reduce heat to med.-low. Simmer about 25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork. Stir in almonds and serve.
