Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

Easy to scale from 1 person to as many as you'd like.

Ingredients

Assorted sliced breads (Hearty white, whole wheat, potato)

Assorted sliced cheeses (swiss, cheddar, provolone)

Assorted sliced deli ham (maple cured, honey baked, Virginia)

Preparation

Preheat large frying pan or griddle

Butter one slice of bread, place on griddle butter side down. Add cheese and ham, and top with a second buttered slice of bread, butter side up. When bottom is golden brown, flip sandwich over and cook until golden.

Fun as a family meal where people can have different combinations of bread/cheese/ham.
