Spray pie dish with non stick cooking spray, I used olive oil. Place swiss cheese & 1 oz parmesan on bottom of pie dish. Flake cooked salmon and arrange evenly over swiss cheese, squeeze lemon over salmon. Sprinkle with dill. Break off small dollops of cream cheese and arrange evenly over salmon.
Either by hand or in a mixer, beat egg beatters until frothy, about 2 min on med speed. Add flour, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Mix additional 30 seconds. Pour mixture over salmon in the pie pan. Top with reminaing 1 oz parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for approx 35-40 minutes. Let stand and cool for 10 mintes. ENJOY!
