Allergy free - Tuna sandwich with a Jamaican twist
1 Tin of tuna
Spring onion
Half Teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Mayola - (dairy free mayonnaise)
4 slices Bread
Dairy free spread
Handful of spinach
Finely chop the spinach
Mix the tuna, onion, hot pepper sauce, mayola, and spinach together.
Toast bread and cover with dairry free spread.
Add the tuna mix to 2 slice of the bread.
