Ingredients

6 Egg whites
3 ounces Chicken breast
1 1/2 ounces Parmesan Cheese, fat free
1/2 teaspoon Fresh basil

Preparation

Cook and dice chicken breast. Grate parmesan cheese. Chop basil.

1. Coat a nonstick skillet wiht cooking spray and place over medium heat.

2. Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan. Cook, stirring, until halfway set. Add the diced chicken and cook through. Add salt and pepper t taste. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
