The quickest breakfast I can make and eat. Great for eating on the run and the amount of protein is great!
1/2 cup Egg-Beaters or Equivalent
1 Spray Pam Cooking Spray
1 Flax Seed Roll Up
1 Slice Chedder Cheese
1. Spray a cup or flat based soup bowl with Pam.
2. Pour Egg Beaters into cup, place in Microwave
3. Microwave on High for 2.0 minutes
4. Flip egg and microwave another 30 seconds.
5. Put egg and cheese into burrito and go go go!
