Preparation
Mix together soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour over meat and marinate for about 15 to 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan, add beef to the pan and cook meat until just before desired doneness. Remove meat from pan and leave all juices and left over sauce in pan. Add onion rings and saute until soft and begin to brown. Add meat back into pan and season to taste with some salt and pepper.
Serve with brown or white steamed rice or a side of steamed or roasted vegetables.
