1 c Lo fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Salsa
1/2 c Fat free plain yogurt
1 Jalepeno seeded and chopped
2 8 in flour tortillas
2 c Fresh veggies- your choice for dipping
preheat oven to 400 F
Blend cottage cheese, salsa, yogurt and jalepeno in food processor or blender until smooth
cut each tortilla into 12 wedges and place on baking sheet. bake approx 7 minutes until lightly browned.
serve as dip and chips!
